If there is a manufacturing defect in the abaya, contact us via WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving the order with a picture or video of the damage to replace the abaya or fix the defect according to the problem. Perfumes: No return but there is an exchange for the product within 3 days on the condition that the product has not been used or is not in the same condition as when you received it or when the security sticker has been removed, and the costs of receipt and delivery are on the recipient (50) riyals.
